Terms and Conditions:

Online Booking: All tours and rentals must be booked and paid online in advance. No walk-in bookings are accepted.

Tour Licensing: Our tours are licensed and guided in the jungle areas of Koh Samui. All guides are certified and experienced.

Vehicle Use: We rent or sell electric motorcycles, including models that are not road-legal. Users must operate vehicles only in permitted areas.

Weight Limit for Light BX: For the Sur-Ron Light BX, the maximum rider weight is 105 kg. Riders must adhere to this limit.

Age and Skill: Certain tours, especially those using advanced electric bikes, require participants to meet minimum age and skill criteria. It is the user’s responsibility to comply.

Safety and Liability: Participants must follow the guide’s instructions at all times. Except for normal wear like flat tires, any damage caused by the customer is fully their responsibility and will incur charges.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour or rental. Cancellations made earlier may be eligible for partial refunds.

Equipment Condition: Users are responsible for returning rented equipment in its original condition. Damages beyond normal wear will be charged to the customer.

Weather Policy: Tours run in most weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel in extreme weather. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a refund.

Personal Responsibility: Participants must ensure they are physically fit and capable of participating in the tours or using the equipment.
